Catholic Dad Badges

Widgets, Chicklets, Logo

There have been requests for a new link widget for Catholic Dads with the new shield logo. I have created a few things that you can use or modify. If you are interested in the symbolism of the shield, please click here for an explanation of the different elements.

The first item is a link image that displays the leaning shield logo and Catholic Dads Online. Copy and paste the code from the form field below into your blog where you want the image/link to be. The example follows the code.

Catholic Dads

The second item is an image/link that displays the leaning shield logo. It is at 100px x 100px. If you want to use image editing software to change the size of the image, please feel free. The example follows the code.

The third item is an image/link that displays the standing shield logo. It is at 100px x 100px. If you want to use image editing software to change the size of the image, please feel free. We ask only that the use be connected in promoting the site and our mission (which means the right to any use counter to our mission is not allowed). The example follows the code.

Catholic Dads

The fourth piece of code is for adding the original Catholic Dads Chicklet to your site. Again, the example follows.

Blogroll

The code for adding the Catholic Dads Blogroll to your site is below. Copy and paste the code from the form field below into your blog where you want the blogroll to be. This will show the blogroll in the style of your blog/website.

Here is a version with a bit of styling to put the blogroll in a scroll box. Note that you do not need the paragraph markers around the div markers – it was just easier to have them in the text box below.

You can also get the straight RSS feed for the blogroll at http://feeds.feedburner.com/CDBlogRoll, but you will then need to find a way to display it on your site.

Combined Feed

The code for adding the Catholic Dads Combined Feed to your site – an excellent sidebar tool is below.

The direct RSS feed for the combined feed is http://feeds.feedburner.com/cdofeed
